Arveta H. Carson, age 93, went to be with her Lord on March 27, 2021, at Ridgmont Personal Care Home. She was born the daughter of Clarence J. and Hazel B. (Dunkle) Holmberg on April 19, 1927, in Ridgway, PA. She married Todd L. Carson on May 28, 1949, who preceded her in death on January 2, 1999. She is survived by five of her children, Richard (Liv) Carson, Oklahoma; Marilyn (Harold) Fiscus, Ridgway; Sharon (George) Umphlett, Greensburg, PA; John (Donna) Carson, Ridgway; and Cindy (David) Blades, Seaford, DE. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren, a brother Gayle Holmberg, Hendersonville, NC, and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son Robert Carson, 3 brothers, Clarence Holmberg (Junior), Merle Holmberg, Ronald Holmberg, and a nephew, Bradley Holmberg.
